Alice joined the Outline team as Distribution Manager (maternity cover) in April 2023 having spent the previous 13 years working with senior teams at Lambent Productions and other factual indies as a Rights Manager and Archive Producer. Prior to that, Alice was Acquisitions Manager for distribution group DRG and Marketing and Acquisitions Manager for formats specialist Zeal Entertainment. Alice is responsible for Outline's rights management and works closely with the Group Operations Director and senior management in the operation of Outline's distribution business with a particular focus on identifying commercial opportunities and building revenue from IP.
