Outline Productions has brought in Studio Lambert head of format development Shona Baldwin to lead its programming creation team.
Baldwin has joined the Great British Food Revival indie, having been a part of a team that created Gogglebox and Million Second Quiz for All3Media’s Studio Lambert.
The new job is a step up for the highly-rated Baldwin, but Outline managing director Laura Mansfield said she is a perfect fit for the company as it looks to win work with a broader range of broadcasters.
“As we look to widen our broadcaster base, particularly in the US, Shona’s creativity, passion and international experience in developing high-impact formats will be invaluable,” Mansfield said.
Baldwin will report to Outline creative director Helen Veale, who added: “Shona brings great flair, determination and a real understanding of formatting to the team.”
Baldwin’s other credits at Studio Lambert include BBC2’s upcoming Changing Rooms-style series The Great Interior Design Challenge and BBC3’s The Insider.
She was previously a producer and director at ITV Studios, working on series including Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Come Dine With Me and Hell’s Kitchen.
