Charisma joined Tin Roof Media as its first Head of Legal & Business Affairs in 2022, consolidating in-house its previously outsourced of BA and compliance activities, both increasing effectiveness and reducing costs.

She previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Warner Bros. International Television, where she supported multiple labels previously part of Shed Media, acquired by WB in 2010. She is Chair and Trustee of Youth Link Networks which delivers sustainable initiatives to alleviate poverty in vulnerable communities in Africa and the Caribbean.
