Maidenhead Advertiser – Tom Kerridge to return to TV screens with Best Ever Dishes

The Marlow-based chef, whose Hand and Flowers pub recently¬†retained its two-Michelin star rating, will be the star of a new six-part BBC series in which he aims to cook the ‘best ever’ versions of food the British public loves to cook.

In the first episode, Tom will focus on crowd-pleasing dishes, with recipes including crispy stuffed potato skins filled with creamy roquefort and salty pancetta.

The show will also include a vist to Brixton market and a mackerel fishing trip off the coast of Cornwall.

Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes is on BBC Two at 9pm on Friday.
