Celebrity chef Tom Kerridge helped firefighters cook up the ‘ultimate English breakfast omelette’ as part of his new series Best Ever Dishes,
The Michelin-starred chef, who owns the Hand and Flowers in Marlow, visited High Wycombe Fire Station in June for the BBC2 show.
Firefighter Tony Dumbarton said: “It was a fantastic opportunity to cook with Tom Kerridge.
“I’m really surprised that he didn’t offer me a full-time position in his restaurant, but I think using the knife upside down didn’t help.”
The station will feature in this Friday’s episode, which airs at 9pm.
