GQ – Men Of The Year – Chef: Tom Kerridge of “Best Dishes”

The only chef to receive two Michelin stars for pub grub, Tom Kerridge has also released a best-selling cookbook, successfully presented the BBC’s Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food and Spring Kitchen with Tom Kerridge, writes a newspaper column and has earned the praise of his celebrity clients who frequent Buckinghamshire’s The Hand & Flowers.

On winning GQ’s Chef Of The Year award, Kerridge says: “In 2011 we opened the first two Michelin-starred pub. It’s a triumph for a fat middle aged bloke to be stood on the stage at the GQ awards”.
