Cooking pub food at home might sound like it’s missing the whole point. But at least if you follow Tom Kerridge’s example you’ll have minimal washing up afterwards.
His gastropub in Buckinghamshire might be the only British pub to be awarded two Michelin stars, but the recipes he’s sharing in this first episode of his new series include some one-pot wonders that require minimal skill. His slow cooked lamb over sliced potatoes and onions is simplicity itself and his pollock, chorizo and chickpea stew is even easier.
